To properly service a portable unit, our trucks must be able to get within 15 feet of the unit. Clients should never attempt to move a full unit. Our customer service staff and drivers can help you pick the perfect place for your individual units or VIP trailers.

The interior and exterior of our restroom trailers are well-lit. Additionally, we can generator or battery-operated power options for any “off-grid” events. Just ask your sales or customer service representative for more information!

The John Collective offers a damage waiver to all customers. This protection limits liability for theft, vandalism or accidental damage to the facilities we furnish. This service is available in addition to your standard rental agreement. While it is rare for a unit to be damaged, ask your sales or customer service representative for further information on coverage levels and costs.

All major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express are accepted. A discount is available for cash and check transactions.

We primarily serve Northeast Pennsylvania and upstate New York.
